abcvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases where a member has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or where account closure is required to comply with a legal obligation. Members may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting abcvip support. Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by the member or by abcvip — any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard verification and processing procedures, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to abcvip. Accounts that have been closed for breach of these terms are not eligible for re-registration, and any attempt to open a new account following a permanent ban will result in that account being closed immediately.
